How much does HomeManager cost?
Plans cost $19 a month for up to 10 units, $59 for up to 20 units, $139 for up to 100 units and $349 for up to 500 units. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited users, and every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Each plan has a unit limit, and when you outgrow it you move up a plan. You can pay your subscription by M-Pesa or card. Email reminders and receipts are included. SMS is available in 11 countries with prepaid SMS credits.
How can tenants pay rent through HomeManager?
In Kenya, tenants can pay by M-Pesa: an STK Push prompt on their phone, a payment to your Paybill with the unit number as the account number, or a payment to your Till, which is matched by the payer's phone. In Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe, card and mobile money payments run through Pesapal, and the money goes to your own Pesapal account, never to HomeManager. In any other country you record payments by hand against the invoice.

You can invoice in 48 currencies. This website is published in English, French, Portuguese, Swahili and Somali.
